A tender svíčková pečeně na smetaně made of beef in sour and sweet cream sauce. Although usually I'm skeptical with the meat+fruit combinations, this meal along with the sweet jam-like cranberry topping is just going very well (pasírovaná smetanová omáčka s brusinkami, zakysanou smetanou a houskovým knedlíkem).

Comes with a Staropramen jedenáctka.
