1 month of break, the gym lagged behind in the whole of October.
Until now I was a bit skeptic with the need of longer breaks, but I have to support it: for example if you have 5 days exercise per week, then about in each 2 months do an (at least) two-week break. This length of pause won't deflate you too much, yet your system will have a complete rest, so you can restart the next months with full force.
