The Problem of 103
The hand of the scale balanced here-and-there, and stopped at 103 kg, even higher than the historical 102. Quite wasn't any surprise, since in the last 6 years, these more than 90 days have been the so far longest break. A bit of unwanted, a bit of lazy.On the other hand, no reason to be alarmed - even that I didn't do exercises, I mostly paid attention to the meals.
Of course, alas, I had more than recommended pizza and flour based eats >>> proved for myself, these fill me up to cattle weight.
Let's admit it: the dream meal, the chicken breast is also just fattening if you only sit on the couch.
The Jeans Problem
I had to notice, the same jeans I've used 3 months ago fit perfectly, but now starts to warn around the waist.
