I extended my biology skills again, which say after 9 months of break:
- mostly your arm and the triceps looses the most muscle and power
- pectorales/biceps about 20%
- back/shoulder again about 20%
- legs pretty much nothing, maybe 5%
All the above are based on no scientific grounds, only compared the last December exercise plan, and with smart application tried if I could continue from there.
One thing for sure, with 20 kg of extra whale fat, I'm not ain't gonna try any pull-ups yet.
