This may be interesting only for the technically more interested: the FLV video format as well was faded into the past, now MP4 is the preferred moving picture format.

Does anyone still remember MPG files?

The primary reason, that HTML5 in default supports a <video> tag, so - usually - there's no need of any extra black magic, should one wish to offer a simple video playback to the visitors.

Anno, aeons ago, the old format had historical reasons (such as limited web storage), yet the general MP4 format fullfills all demands.

For the moment two traveldiaries have videos: one is the Antarctica, which has been updated. The second is 2010-07-10_CZDEATLIATDEATITCHITATHUATDECZ, inactive at the moment.

The editorial office believes, that in the second half of 2019, dear visitors already visit and browse with an HTML5-capable browser.

Second announcement, due to an amateur forgetfulness the traveldiary panoramas were invisible in the last about 1 month. The ewwor is s9lved.
